In 1986, Drawn2Art (originally KidsArt) offered its first class with less than fifty students. Today, its success can be measured by its seventeen studios, located in five states, teaching close to six thousand students weekly. Several of its teachers and studio managers are former students who have come back after finishing their higher education to share their artistic expertise with a new generation. Celebrating its 40th Anniversary, Drawn2Art’s curriculum & programs are a testament to the importance of art education.
In northern CA, Drawn2Art studios in Los Gatos and Aptos teach hundreds of students who value learning realistic drawing and painting skills. Individualized instruction allows students, whether having beginner, intermediate, or advanced skills, to progress at their own level of ability. These studios offer year-round drawing and painting classes, as well as Summer Camps (June thru August) teaching many different mediums.
Drawn2Art teachers are carefully screened to ascertain their artistic abilities across all the mediums used, and for their ability to inspire young artists of all ages to reach their full potential. They must also complete a Drawn2Art training program to familiarize them with the uniquely extensive Drawn2Art curriculum and its programs.
