  I like H&M as much as the next person, but I worry that no traditional retail department shopping mall store is sustainable. I think this location, along with a lot of other shopping mall locations, really need to figure out what they can put in these places that will make people want to go to the mall again. What do they want to hang out for? Pet grooming? Adult arcade? Coffee shop and gaming area?
