Kids at Capitola Mall Saturday were greeted with a Holiday Hula celebration that included music and toys presented by the Hawaiian Cultural Hula School called Kuhai Halau O Mehana Pa ʻOlapa Kahiko It was formed in 1998 and celebrated its 20^th anniversary this year.
