I was “new” to Santa Cruz in 2001. My first 2 dates with my now husband ended at the Boardwalk and The Giant Dipper. Never did I imagine I would be raising a daughter with this wonderful place in her “backyard.” I now know it to be a great place for teens’ summer jobs (not my daughter) and am happy it became a career for these two lovely local women!
